I’m so sorry for my cousins and family for their loss of my Aunt. She was one of the best, fun loving Aunts I’ve ever had. I remember when I was young and still living at home, they would come to Houston in the summer. One year Aunt Rosa and uncle John took us to the old Astrodome to watch The Castro’s and Padres play and the Padres won. It was so much fun. I enjoyed it very much. I’m so Thankful Aunt Rosa passed peacefully and with dignity. Unlike my mother. At least no one tried to change or silence Aunt Rosa, like my mother was done I just hope and pray that everyone that wants to see their loved ones when it’s time, has excepted Jesus Christ as their Saviour He is the one and ONLY way. John 14:6 We will see you again soon Aunt Rosa…. It won’t be much longer. I Love You Very Much, Always and Forever.

Mama C was a delightful woman. She accepted me into her family, even at first she probably thought of me as a smart donkey. She would love to listen to the antics I would get myself in. I will remember being invited to the house for dinner. Supper was always roast pork. She would help us in the garden when she could, teaching us how to set up the tresses for the green beans, it went with the pork roast. She loved her tomatoes and cucumbers too. Her smile was infectious. This last Christmas I gave her some salt free shakers put them in cans or corn and green beans and resealed the cans. Mama C: I will miss our time together watching the Huskers/college world series , your wonderful pork roast, and your smile. God Bless you.

Hugs and prayers of condolence to the family and all who were blessed enough to have met this beautiful soul. Mrs. Coe was the type of person that always made you feel part of the family, like there was always room for one more at her table. I hope the family takes comfort from all who share in their loss.

Her smile was infectious. This last Christmas, I gave her some salt substitute. I put the shakers in cans of corn and green beans and resealed the cans. She loved the “out of the box thinking” and had to use a can opener to get the cans opened.
