Preceded in death by husband Carl F. Vittitoe; brother Robert E. Arterburn.
Survived by sons Robert Vittitoe (Barbara) and Michael Vittitoe; grandchildren Nicholas H. G. Vittitoe (fiancé Sarah Sutton) and Pierson A. Vittitoe; sister Patricia Becher (Herb); “sons” Edward Franz (Terry) and Herman Colvin (Susan); nieces Michelle Holcomb, Lisa Contreras and Virginia O’Neil; nephew Mark Ladrow.
Visitation: Thursday, June 17, 4-7 p.m., at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
Funeral Service: Friday, June 18, 10 a.m., at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.

An amazing and talented person,,,,,,A person who will always be in my thoughts.
I just knew Velma from Bellevue Little Theater. We visited a lot and I really admired her. I am so sorry to her family. I did not see this until now or I would have been there. God bless her and her famil.y
