William Thomas Swarbrick
January 7, 1932 – May 8, 2021
Age 89
William was a professional hockey player who played for the Omaha Knights; retiring from hockey in 1964. He founded Superior Lighting in 1968. He was instrumental in organizing O.M.A.H.A. Youth Hockey where he was a coach for many years.
Preceded in death by wife Fern; sister Kay Salewich.
Survived by children Debbie (Tom) Berg, Karen Duffy, Rebecca (Greg) Banks, Leslie Amick, Bill (Jackie) Swarbrick, and Rick (Peggy) Swarbrick; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; siblings Dorothy Stein, Fran Banting, George (Joanne) Swarbrick, Linda (Renus) Snyders, and Jane (Dave) Quark; many loving relatives and friends.
Visitation following CDC guidelines: Wednesday, May 12, 10:00 a.m. – Noon, followed by
Memorial Service following CDC guidelines at Noon, all at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.

Our condolences to all of you in Omaha . Hope Dad and Uncle Bill will behave now that they are back together. Our love goes out to all of you . Hugs and kisses to all from all of us.

Bill senior will always be in the Menard family memories.We always recognized Bill and Fern as family for decades.Our condolences to all the family.May God be with Bill and Fern.
