Age 37
Tim attended Betz Elementary School in Bellevue NE. He completed his high school equivalency diploma through the State of Iowa Department of Education on June 1st, 2006. Later, he successfully completed the CenterPoint Campus for Hope Short-Term Residential Recovery Program and was awarded the certificate of completion on January 26th, 2022.
He received a certificate of completion for the satisfactory completion of the Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program at Cultivating Paths Counseling Services on May 6th, 2022. He successfully completed the requirements of Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) and received a certificate of completion September 14th, 2023. Tim celebrated his third year of sobriety on December 13th, 2024.
Tim entered into the United States Army as an RA in July of 2006 in Fort Benning, GA. Tim separated December of 2006.
Tim believed in Norse paganism, also called “Heathenry,” is a polytheistic religion based on the ancient beliefs of the Scandinavian people, where they worship multiple gods and goddesses like Odin, Thor, and Freyja with central themes revolving around tree Yggdrasil, the different realms it connects to, and the inevitable end of the world known as Ragnarok; essentially, it’s a complex mythology focusing on the interconnections of nature, fate, and heroic deeds, often with a strong emphasis on personal honor and warrior culture.
Tim, lovingly known as Uncle Timmy, especially cherished his niece, Hailey Fellows, but also his nephew, Randy Fellows. Tim stepped into this role and quickly formed an unbreakable bond. Christmas of 2024, he met another nephew Hudson, our youngest brother Skyler Bailey’s son. Tim especially enjoyed playing Wii with his niece and nephew and couldn’t wait to continue that tradition with Hudson. Hailey and Randy adored their Uncle Timmy and will forever miss his warmth, pranks, laughter and creativity.
Tim was a proud friend to many that considered him a brother. He loved nothing more than attending his friends’ events, taking them on adventures, watching their littles, and supporting them through thick and thin.
Timmy enjoyed video games. He enjoyed reading! To say his membership at the Fontenelle Forest is an understatement. He always felt calmer, peaceful and at one in nature. In his free time, he loved hiking and spent countless hours exploring the great outdoors.
Tim was more than a brother, he was a guiding light, a loyal friend, and an irreplaceable presence in our lives. His quick wit and infectious smile and laughter could light up any room, and his kindness touched everyone he met. Tim had an incredible ability to find joy in the simplest things and to spread that joy to others. His resilience in the face of challenges was truly inspiring, teaching us all the value of perseverance and optimism. Though Tim’s time with us was cut short, the impact he made will last forever. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and the memories we hold dear. We will miss you terribly, Tim, but we are grateful for the time we had and the lessons you taught us. Your spirit will forever guide us.
Tim worked at Cornhusker Auto Wash in Bellevue where he took pride in his position there and loved the comradery with his coworkers who became a brotherhood.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Destiny Bailey; father Timothy Allen Bailey, Sr.; paternal grandparents Kathryn Roberts, William Bailey, Sr.; maternal grandparents James Clyde Pruitt, Edna Virginia Pruitt; uncle William Bailey, Jr.
Tim is survived by his daughter Aubrie Robinette; siblings Nicole Finch (Scott), Amanda King, Misty Carpenter, Tiffany Bailey and Skyler Bailey; mother Lisa Wheeler (Richard); nieces and nephews Hailey, Kaitlyn, Randy, Beckett, Declan, Keely, Kenshin and Hudson; aunts and uncles Vicki Chavez (Manuel), Kathy Hansen (Les), Belinda Fritz, Kris Zendejas (Raymond) and Jerry Holden.
