Albers, Thomas P. November 15, 1966 – May 5, 2015 Bellevue, NE Thomas passed away May 5, 2015 after a major heart attack. He is survived by wife, Karen; daughter, Madison; parents, Jerry and Grace Albers; brothers, Tim (Danae) Albers and Jim Albers; and many other relativies and friends. VISITATION: Monday, May 11, at St. James Catholic Church, 4710 N. 90th St. from 4-7pm with Vigil Service at 7pm. MEMORIAL MASS: 11am Tuesday, May 12 at St. James Catholic Church.
