Thomas was preceded in death by parents Arnold and Catherine MacKinnon, and brother Richard MacKinnon.
Ann was preceded in death by parents Clarence and Mariah Williams, and brother Keith Williams.
Thomas and Ann are survived by son David MacKinnon, daughter Sharon MacKinnon Shore, and sister Kathleen Hands.
A private interment was held on May 16, 2019.
The family requests you attend wearing your Hawaiian shirts, bright and cheerful clothing, and bring your best “Bad Dad Jokes”.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 1, at 10 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue.
