Faiman, Sherry D. Age 71 Sherry Darlene Faiman died Friday, November 29, 2013, in Bellevue, Nebraska. Sherry was born January 28th, 1942 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, John Faiman in 2012. Foremost a devoted wife and mother, Sherry spent several years as a paraprofessional at Bellevue West High School. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1960. She journeyed through her married life with John raising two sons, following the trail of John’s coaching career from the small communities of David City and McCook, Nebraska to the City of Omaha, and subsequently to the University towns of Pullman, Washington; Columbia, Missouri; Salt Lake City, Utah and Manhattan, Kansas, ending with a 27-year stay in Bellevue, Nebraska. She is survived by sons, Scott and Kelly and their wives, Lora and Mindy, respectively; grandchildren, Rae, Clay and Anna; and sister Shirley. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at 11am Saturday, December 7th at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, 2202 Hancock Street, Bellevue, Nebraska. Interment: Bellevue Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
