Preceded in death by parents John & Berneda Burns; nephew Augie Salmon.
Survived by daughter Lisa Burns; granddaughter Kaylia; siblings Joann Williamson, Michael Burns, Kathy Burns & Janet Speichert (Rick Paczkowski); nieces and nephews Jenny Salmon, Terri Williamson (Chris Holtmeyer), Jessica Sorgenfrei (Dallas Sorgenfrei), Thomas Burns, Nathan Paczkowski and seven great-nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Richard’s life will be held on July 4th at Joann’s house.

Rich snd I were friends, spent many times sharing margaritas at Romeos. What a good guy he was. Also knew he liked the cold. Always had his window down in the winter. RIP my friend.
