27 year veteran of the United States Air Force. He served in Korea, Vietnam, and on numerous other bases throughout the world.
Preceded in death by wife Rosemarie, parents Mattabelle and Charles Wharton, brother Melvin Lowe, and sister Wanda Lowe.
He is survived by wife of 32 years, Donna; children, Sam Lowe, Christine Gartner (Jim), Mark Lowe (Betty), Eric Lowe (Krista) and Deanna Davis (Cy); stepsons, Joel Semler and Shawn Semler (Kim); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE: 1 PM, Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
MILITARY HONORS by Offutt Air Force Base Honor Guard.
Memorials to be directed by the family.

So sorry to hear about Dick! I didn’t hear about it until today after I got off work. My heart goes out to you.
I’m so sorry for your loss. This scripture gives me comfort in distressing times like this. It’s found at Revelation 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
May your God bring you comfort in this very difficult time.
