Patsy Jean (Albert) Schrant was born on December 7, 1955 to Dale and Helen Anne (Erikson) Albert in Sheldon, Iowa. She attended the Hartley Schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. She also attended Northwest Iowa Technical College and graduated from their secretarial program.
She worked at Preis Insurance in Sanborn for 8 years, Nebraska Christian College in Norfolk and Papillion, Nebraska, and Darling International in Bellevue, Nebraska until her retirement.
She married Michael Joseph Schrant on June 20, 1992, and they lived in Norfolk and Bellevue, Nebraska. Mike and Pat met many good friends, locally, regionally, and nationally while enjoying square and round dancing.
Patsy is survived by her faithful husband of 28 years and dance partner Michael; brother Randy Albert (Robin) of Spencer, IA; nieces Traci Genson (Daniel), Kahlie and Addy Sue of Spencer, IA; nephews Christopher Albert (Shelby), Maren & Nolan Albert of Ames, IA, Doug (Taylor), Kinnick, Trice, and Carver Albert of Spencer, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents Dale & Helen Albert.
Visitation Thursday, September 17th, 5:00-7:00 p.m., Bellevue Memorial Chapel
Funeral Service Friday, September 18th, 10:00 a.m., Wildewood Church, 1255 Royal Drive, Papillion, NE 68046.

So sorry for your loss our loss. She was a blessing to all of us and will be very much missed. You are in my prayers always.
Pat was one of the most capable and loyal coworkers I’ve known. We cherished her friendship and will remember her with love. Our deepest condolences to Mike and family.

When Pat came to N.C.C at Norfolk she immediately won our hearts with her professionalism, sense of humor and willingness to do what ever needed to be done. Then Mike, you stole her heart with your doe-c-doe and her smile lit up the room. We counted her a dear friend and work colleague. She is gone too soon. What a beautiful service for Pat. Yes, I did want to get up and dance when you played her cueing a Cha Cha. She will be greatly missed. I am glad I can watch the service remotely.
I was a classmate of Pat’s and regret we lost touch over the years. Good to hear her days were filled with love,laughter and beautiful people. Dancing with the angels!! Show them how it’s done!!
