She attended Bellevue High School and had a career as a Librarian. She retired as assistant director at the Offutt Air Force Base Library.
Preceded in death by her parents Rudy A. and Margaret Holub.
Survived by her husband of 44 years Stan; children Michael McCary (Angela), Sean McCary (Katherine), and Lane Samuels (Matthew); grandchildren Dustin (Jayme), Nicholas (Jessica), Juliana, Connor, Castle, Lochlan, Lorelai, Declan, Mark, Michael, and Macy; sister Judith Schippers.
