Preceded in death by sister Cathy Hall.
Survived by wife of 22 years Grace; son Anthony Kelly (Haleigh Smith); daughter Hannah Kelly; parents Hoy and Florence “Mitzi” Kelly; siblings Becky Scott (Tim), Randy Kelly (Tammy) and Michele Hatcher (Mario); many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
Funeral Service: Thursday, July 29, 11:00 a.m. with Visitation one hour prior, both at Bellevue Memorial Funeral Chapel.
