Age 79
Preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Josephine Barges; brother, Louis Barges; maternal grandmother, Edna Dillon; former wife, Barbara Barges; and son, Peter Barges.
Survived by his son Michael Barges (Barb); grandchildren, Jacob Barges, Jessica Torczon, Cale Barges, Grant Barges; significant other, Chris Hike, her daughters, Hanna, Heather, and Hailey Hike; and her sons, Brian and Jacobi Thurston; and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., followed by a
Funeral Service at 5:00 p.m., both at the Bellevue Memorial Funeral Chapel.
Interment: Calvary Cemetery in Omaha.

Chris, Hanna, Heather, Hailey, Brian and Jacobi,
Andy was blessed to share his life with you. You tirelessly and selflessly cared for him in his final years; you did a great job. Nothing ever prepares us for losing someone we love. While you were Andy’s angels on earth, he is now your angel in heaven. Andy has his wings but he will forever be in your hearts. My sincere condolences.
