I am so sorry for your loss. Mark was always so kind to me when I worked with him at BPS. You all are in our thoughts and prayers, your neighbors Marianne and Pete Laski ( Pluma Drive)
Love you Mark.
You had a love of life , an infectious laugh, and love of family and God.
Thank you for the great memories we shared together growing up and as adults..
Rest in God’s grace.
Till we meet again
Your Brother (Bro). Eric
Mark Jeffrey, the greatest man I ever knew. Heaven became much more joyful and louder the moment he entered Heaven. He left permanent imprints and impressions in the hearts of people who knew him. You are not gone. You’re just not here. You are deeply missed.
I am so sorry for your loss. May Jesus be your strength and comfort during this difficult time.
From Mike Freeman: My condolences to Nicolette, Gabe, Luke and Grace. Prayers of comfort during this time of loss. Mark has been a friend that never quits and is always there for me. I could call him, ask questions and he was always full of wisdom beyond his years. He was a help in time of trouble and always prayed with me and pointed me to Jesus as the source of all truth. His compassion for his family and students at school were always on his mind searching for and intuitively getting answers to help everyone.. His love for Jesus was an inspiration to me. We prayed together over his schools and blew Shofar’s together sounding a blessing over them periodically.
It was an honor to be a part of his life.
Dear Nicolette, Luke, Grace, and Gabriel. There is no doubt that our dear Mark is in heaven enjoying the presence of our Lord. Christ was Mark’s love, trust, and passion. Christ’s grace and mercy are immeasurable and that’s what Mark continually reflected. Mark’s many virtues were not a product of his own efforts, rather they were an expression of God’s presence in his heart. Mark was always willing to talk, always ready to encourage, always making time for those who needed his guidance. Mark’s passion was contagious, his desire was to lead others to worship God with their whole beings. Mark was also a man who knew the scriptures and many of his conversations were saturated by God’s word. I think of Christ’s words “well done, good and faithful servant” (Matthew 25:23), Mark fought the good fight, Mark finished the race, Mark kept the faith and the crown of righteousness awaits him.
Mark, I can truly say I was always better in my relationship with the Lord after spending time with you. I have so many found memories of our discussions, all of which had the Lord Jesus as the center theme. Thank you for being such a blessing.
“Does that sound like your boy?” Mark would ask parents this question after delivering the results of his tests or observation. It always struck me how those words seemed to calm parents as well as give them a moment to process the information. Just an example of his calm, caring demeanor during extremely stressful situations. He had a gift and I learned so much working with him. Mark, you helped so many families and students. It truly was an honor working with you. May God bless you. Prayers for all who love and miss you.
