Marjorie L. Johnson
September 7, 1923 – January 27, 2021
Age 97
Marjorie grew up on a farm in Eldon, Missouri, graduated from Eldon High School, and married John A. Johnson on October 30, 1944. Along with husband John, Marjorie owned Johnson Rexall for many years. She was a member of the Bellevue Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Christian Women’s Fellowship, and P.T.A., and she was a Youth Group Leader, Den Mother, and March of Dimes Block Captain.
Preceded in death by husband John A. Johnson, Sr.; daughters Merilee and Sally Ann.
Survived by sons Jay (Joyce), Gail (Barbara), Kevin (Diana); daughter-in-law Laura Johnson; grandchildren Laura Kalnajs, Sharon Kress, Jerod Johnson, Janel Matyja (Frank), Michael Johnson (Lis), Michelle Strong (Jacob); great-grandchildren Ayden & Louise Johnson, Jackson & Jordan Strong, Victor Kalnajs, Emily & Abigail Kress, Harper & Piper Johnson, Charlie & Theo Matyja.
Memorial Service following CDC guidelines: Monday February 1st, 6:00 p.m., at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
