September 17, 1940 ~ February 8, 2019

Age 78

Marcia worked for the Civil Service for over 40 years and was an avid Husker fan who also enjoyed reading and doing sudoku puzzles. Over the years she happily attended many activities of her grandchildren, Nathan and Sarah, such as baseball, softball, tennis, swimming, show choir and music programs.  She also loved watching her great-grandson, Harrison, play t-ball and ice hockey.

Preceded in death by husband Chuck.

Survived by son Ken and wife Geri; grandchildren Nathan and Sarah; great-grandson Harrison; brother Glen Bohling (Sharon); and sister Lavon Gray (Rick).

Reception of Friends Wednesday, February 13th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.  

Inurnment Omaha National Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials will be directed by the family.

    I knew Marcia through her grandson, Nathan. I was a frequent guest at family parties as Nathan is a close family friend. Marcia was kind to me and always treated me like family. She was welcoming and warm, and accepting of all of Nathan’s friends. I know her loss is felt deeply by her family and definitely by me. Only having known her for a few years, I know she was someone who would help others and that’s a rare sentiment these days. Rest In Peace…
