SURVIVED BY husband of 30 years Bill; children: Phillip Pingilley IV, Sondra Dobson, Aaron Muus, Alyssa Emsick; stepchildren: Bill Emsick, Jr., Tammy Latka (Mike), Lisa Gammell, Dean Emsick (Danielle), Michelle Winston, Dan Emsick (Lisa Marie); dozens of grandchildren & great grandchildren; step sisters: Arrie Colca, Marie Bell, Frankie Stanley, Gemmie Jackson, Renea Kren, & Antonette Mikeska. Preceded in death by parents Lee & Margaret High; daughter Amanda Dobson; brother Milton High and grandson Drake Gammell.
VISITATION Saturday, Feb 2nd from noon to 1:00 p.m. followed by
FUNERAL SERVICE Saturday, Feb 2nd at 1:00 p.m. both at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
