Preceded in death by parents William & Clara Williams; brothers Donald & Jan Williams; sons Jon & Eric Proctor; husband Raymond Proctor.
Survived by son Al Proctor (Theresa); daughter Valerie Proctor; grandchildren Miles Murray, Anthony Graham, Leigh A. Bowman (Stanley), Alex Proctor & DeAngel James (Johnny); several great-grandchildren; siblings Ronald Williams (Dorothy), Phyllis Williams, Audrey Jefferson & Buddie Penn (Loretta); special friends Ed Gaddis, Bill Gaus, Morris & Chris Sweat, and The Ladies of Leisure.
Memorial Service following CDC guidelines: Saturday, April 3, 10:00 a.m. at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.

My mother was also a Lady of Leisure. I had several enjoyable lunch conversations with Miss Lucy. My sympathy and prayers to the family. On her passing.
Cuz, so glad we had the opportunity to say goodby. We have had a Blessed Life from our childhood on…You have transitioned from our mortal life to everlasting immortality. You always did things right and it’s reflected thru your family, friends and many associates. The family will be fine. RIP love you.
