Dear Waters family i am so sorry for your loss. Leo was such a terrific man. My children and I lived in front of him for a few years and he taught my son some awesome lessons about gardening. Nancy my children think of you and your father often especially when we see daughters trying to patient and kind when their dad drives and is not supposed too. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Sending my sympathy: It was a pleasure knowing Leo. He was a strong advocate for Iona and very attentive to her. I knew Leo from when I was a social worker at NE Skilled Nursing & Rehab. Cherish your special memories.
