Lance Corey Lusch
November 24, 1968 – December 28, 2022
Age 54
Preceded in death by his father James Lusch, Aunt Babe, Uncles Geno and Bud.
Survived by his mother Arlene Covert; love of his life Angela and her son Devin Ramirez; daughters Corrie Lusch (Michael), Becky Lusch; grandchildren Lucy, Wren, Emmett, Sloane; siblings Summer Daniels, Tina Lusch, Monica Lusch (Amado), Mark Lusch (Cathie), Curt Lusch (Andrea); many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Lance was a lifelong Bellevue resident. Whether hiking, fishing, hunting, or camping – he loved to be outdoors. On the rare occasion he was found inside, he was likely reading or watching a Husker football game. He was a German Shepherd enthusiast, a budding amateur astronomer, and could quote any line from a John Wayne or Clint Eastwood western.
Lance enjoyed and excelled at any opportunity to work with his hands. He played the harmonica, was a talented artist, and made a mean lasagna. A gifted carpenter, his signature fragrance was that of still-warm sawdust. He will be greatly missed.
