Survived by husband Chris Chapin who she married in 2015 and they have been together for 20 years; mother Ginger Tuttle (Wesley); father David McCollum (Cathy); sister Bobbi Sue McCollum (Ethan Brown) and their children Huckleberry Brown and Thor McCollum; brother Garrick McCollum; sister-in-law Linsey Chapin and her children Landon Chapin, Jarrin Beaty and Kade Beaty; step sister Janelle Woolard; half brothers Tristan & Travis McCollum; mother and father-in-law Marilyn and Mitch Carpowich; maternal grandmother Maggie Hall; two aunts Mindy Wemhoff (Gary) and Kelly Mass (Steve); uncle Rex Hall; many other loving relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life Service:  Sunday, October 30 at 1:00 p.m., Bellevue Memorial Funeral Chapel.
