Juanita was a military wife, an advocate for the children in her school, and loved her church.

Preceded in death by her husband Johnny; mother Lillian Dinkins; daughter Lynn Singleton; brother George Savage, Jr.; sister Gwendolyn Dinkins, best friend Elsia Ray Hobbs.

Survived by her daughters Serena Hill (Kelly), Tanya Butler (Lawrence); son-in-law Barry Singleton, Sr.; grandchildren: Tanishia Jacobs ( Dan), Tamika Butler ( Kelly Perigoe), Lisa Carodine; Christopher  Metoyer, Clyde Metoyer, III (Kayla Slatinsky), Barry Singleton, Jr., Felicia Singleton; great grandchildren: Atei, Daniel, Jr.,  Kaima, Destiney, Floyd, Lillian, Maliyah, Makena, Makinsley, Isaiah, Nevaeh & Miles ; nephew Jaudon Darsay M. Smith;  siblings: Earline “Nicky” Bonaparte, Robert Savage (Stella); & a host of nieces, nephews, friends, relatives including good friend Pat O’Neill.

Visitation: Tuesday, February 7 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Bellevue Memorial Funeral Chapel.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, February 8 at 10:00 a.m., Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 5318 South 30th Street, Omaha, 68107.

Interment: Bellevue Cemetery
