John W. Krim, Jr. TSgt USAF (Ret)
November 17, 1934 – March 6, 2022
John passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and faithful companion “Hud” by his side. John was an Air Force Veteran who proudly served his country, in Korea and Vietman, as a boom operator on the KC-135 for 23 years. After his military service he went on to work at the Bellevue Post Office until his retirement after 20 years. He was a faithful servant of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and a devout supporter of the Columban Fathers of Bellevue.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife Geraldine and daughter Rosemary.
He will always be remembered and loved by his sons Daniel and wife Sandy, Mark and wife Lisa, Ronald and wife Tracy; grandchildren Kelly, Kimberly, Kristin, Tiffany, Blane, Shane, Elise, Krista, Chelsea, Cody and Cailey; as well as great -grandchildren; his loving family in Massachusetts and Colorado; and his life-long friends Dave and Diane Williams. He will be greatly missed. May God Bless All!
Visitation: Thursday, March 10 from 5:00-6:30 p.m. with Vigil Service at 6:30 p.m. at the Bellevue Memorial Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial: Friday, March 11 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 2302 Crawford Street, Bellevue.

John will be laid to rest next to his wife at the Bellevue Cemetery.

I’m so sorry to hear of this. John and his wife Gerri were a part of my childhood as they were friends with my parents Geary and Sherry Herndon. Prayers to all the family.
