Joel Christopher “JC” Wilson
February 4, 1982 – October 9, 2021
Age 39
Joel married the love of his life, Jill, November 29, 2008, and to this union son Levi was born in 2010, and son Ethan was born in 2012. They lived in Panama for a year in 2014.
Joel was friend to everyone met. He was generous to a fault. He was “one of a kind” and willing to help anyone in need no matter what the circumstance. He was hard working but always found time for family and led them well.
Joel passed away due to complications of COVID.
Preceded in death by maternal grandmother Leila Uttecht; paternal grandfather Franklin Wilson; baby Bouslaugh.
Survived by wife of 13 years, Jill; sons Levi and Ethan; parents Chris and Tammy Wilson; sister Jamie and brother-in-law Rustin Bouslaugh; father-in-law and mother-in-law Douglas and Carolyn Nolze; brother-in-law Jeffrey Nolze; sister-in-law Jeanna Nolze; uncle Tony Uttecht; aunts Tammy Guthland (Scott) and Virginia Griffiths; maternal grandfather LeRoy Uttecht; paternal grandmother Pat Lunkwitz; many cousins.
Visitation: Tuesday, October 12, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., at Golden Hills Seventh Day Adventist Church, 3005 Golden Blvd, Bellevue.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, October 13, 10:00 a.m., at Golden Hills Seventh Day Adventist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to be directed by the family.

Jill, Levi, and Ethan, there aren’t words I can come up that will alleviate the sorrow and pain you are experiencing. Let the Lord wrap you in his arms and comfort you. I am so deeply sorry for your loss.

Joel was a great guy ! We are happy to have known him . He will be missed by many .

My son loved when he would get to see Levi and Ethan at school Nixon always called him Mr Joel or the smart computer guy! We as a church family miss you all and I personally as a friend hold you in prayer with love !
