Preceded in death by husband Eusebio Perez, Jr., parents, & grandson
AJ Zoucha.
Survived by children Larry Perez (Nancy), Michael Perez (Jane), Ron Perez, Mark Perez (Janet), Stephanie Kelly (Chris); many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Reception of Friends: 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Bellevue Memorial Funeral Chapel.
Interment: Bellevue Cemetery.
Memorials to be directed by the family.

Dear Perez family…..
My family lived 2 houses up the hill from your family on Van Buren for years. My parents were Jack and Joyce Golden. Our Moms became friends and visited often during the afternoons when husbands and kids were at school and/or work. Our family thought very highly of your Mother…especially her cake decorating skills. (I used to love watching her make one).
I am truly sorry for your loss and know the pain of losing a parent (We lost Mom in 1994).
