Survived by children, Michael and wife Nancy Jacquard, of England and their daughter, Veronica; June Jacquard and husband, Richard Guarino of Boston, MA and their children, Tobias, Lucas and Zachary; Marc and wife Krista Jacquard of Avoca, IA and their children, Jason, Elizabeth and Michael; 4 great grandchildren; brothers, Michael Riley and Jimmy Stevenson both of Canada.
