Survived by wife, Katie; children, Jim (Shellee) Kotera, and Beth (John) Beaudoin; daughter-in-law, Debbie Kotera; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, John (Donna) Kotera; and sister, Mary Jean Boland. VISITATION: Tuesday, January 21, 5-7pm, with Vigil Service at 7pm, Bellevue Memorial Chapel. MASS of CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Wednesday, January 22, 10am, Bellevue Memorial Chapel to St Mary Catholic Church for 10:30am SERVICE. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery at 1:30pm. Memorials to St. Mary Catholic Church; Columban Fathers or Creighton Prep.
