Jacob Otto “Jake” Saxer

Jacob Otto “Jake” Saxer

April 13, 1985 ~ May 3, 2024

Age 39

Jake was an amazing father and friend who was always there if you needed him. He loves to go camping, fishing and storm chasing all of which he did with His Boys. Riding his bike was his stress relief and gave him peace of mind. He touched so many lives and meant so much to those around him. For those who love him, the world just became much darker without him in it.

Jake loved spending time and playing with his boys.  He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle, camping and fishing and storm chasing with the boys.

Survived by his wife Shannan; children Zakkary Darrell Alan, Jakk Bryan Wesley, and Nikklas David Killian; mother Luanne; father Scott; sister Jodie Robin (Joy); brother Dustin Saxer (Katrina Parks); nieces Savanah and River; nephew Asher Parks, Cody Zachary Hutchens; brother Jason Weir and his family; sister Tanya Muth; and extended family.

To Jake’s family: I didn’t know Jake for very long, but for the short time that I did, I could see his big heart and his love for friends and family. He was such a huge part of help and support when we lost Rob. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing, I genuinely am.

My deepest condolences to you all. I’ve known Jake for a long time. I lived across the street from you all on Betz Rd. My heart broke when I heard the news. He was a great friend and could always bring a smile to my face. He will be missed dearly.
