Survived by wife, Ruth; son, Mark Haddox; daughters, Gwen Groenjes (Tom); Tami Prentis (Mark); grandchildren, Tara, Andrea, Zachary, Lauren, Mattie and Nicholas; great granddaughter, Addyson; brother, Ronald Haddox (Dorothy); many other loving relatives. VISITATION SERVICE: Sunday, January 26, 6-8pm at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, Bellevue. FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, January 27, 11am at St. James United Methodist Church, Bellevue.
