Hughey, Ira A. CDR USN (Ret) Dec 26, 1932 – Jan 31, 2014 Bellevue, NE. A 1957 Graduate of the US Naval Academy. He served as a Naval Aviator 21 years and was a distinguished Veteran of the Vietnam War. Preceded in death by parents, George and Becky Hughey. Survived by wife, Mary; daughter, Martha and husband Robin Kinney; son, Ira and wife Christine Hughey; grandson, Sean and wife Sarah Kinney; great grandson, Charlie Kinney; sister, George Ann and husband Bill Garrison; and brother, Jim Duff Hughey. VISITATION SERVICE: Tuesday, February 4, 5-7pm at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, Bellevue. FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday, February 5, 11am at First Presbyterian Church, Bellevue.
