Age 83
Proudly served his country in the United States Air Force & in civilian capacities for 37 years.
Survived by wife Maureen; daughters Heather Morris (Michael) and Holly Coffey (Col. Benjamin Retired AF); grandchildren Renee Wegworth (Anthony), Cpt. Benjamin Coffey II, Chelsea Chester (Daniel), Ethan Coffey, Elizabeth and Lily Morris; great-grandchildren: Hunter, Andrew and Landen Wegworth; sister Theresa Sweeney; many nieces and nephews.
Family requests masks be worn to all services.
Visitation following CDC guidelines: Thursday, February 25, from 5-7 pm at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
Funeral Service following CDC guidelines: Friday, February 26, at 11 am at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.

On behalf of The American Legion Family, we send caring thoughts to the family of Mr. Kowker for your sad loss. Ned is “Gone but Not Forgotten” by this organization of volunteers for Veterans, the Military and their families. The local American Legion Post can place a Memorial weekend flag or Marker on his grave. From members of District 8, Nebraska.
