Hearld Jeffrey “Jeff” Lloyd

Preceded in death by his parents Junior and Phyllis Lloyd; brother Tim Hendrickson; sister Barbara Lloyd.
Survived by his wife of 44 years Kathlea; daughter Leah Ann Lloyd (J.J. Bernal); son Hearld Jeffrey “Jeff” Lloyd, Jr. (Kasia); grandson Sebastian Bernal; sister Sherri Lloyd.
Hearld was born in Ohio but was a true Texan at heart. He moved to Texas at the age of 28 in the year 1981 with his loving wife where he put permanent roots with his son being born in July 1983 and shortly after his daughter in April of 1985. He was a man of many words. He loved talking about life lessons and the future in Texas. He was a self proclaimed cowboy raising chicken, geese and turkeys. He taught his kids to be self sufficient and grounded with common sense. He had a thirst for knowledge and made it contagious with his family. He put family above all else with creating a family modo DOVEM -diligence, order, virtue, everything in moderation. He always believed in a superior being through nature. And he will now be resting in the heart of Texas.
