I am deeply saddened to learn that my favorite boss and his lovely wife Lousie, have passed. Col Hamilton was the Defense Attache and Air Attache in La Paz, Bolivia in `978-79. I was an Army Attache specialist at the time and the Hamiltons were like parents to me and my wife, Bernice. Dios lo bendiga siermpre.
