Phillips, Halsey D. MSgt USAF (Ret.) Mar 14, 1930 – May 1, 2014 Survived by wife of 60 years, Anne; 4 children, Gary, Terry, Brenda, and Scott and their spouses; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and brother, Rawland. Retired from the Air Force in 1972, and Bellevue Public Schools in 1990. Active member of many organizations, including: Shriners Tangier; Mt. Calvary Comm. #1 Knights Templar; Royal Arch, Florence # 61; Omaha Counal # 1; OES Alpha # 325; and Bellevue Lodge # 325. VISITATION: Wednesday, May 7, 6-8pm with Masonic Service at 7pm. FUNERAL SERVICE on Thursday, May 8, at 10:30am at St. James United Methodist Church. Interment: Bellevue Cemetery with full Military Honors by Offutt Air Force Base Honor Guard. Memorials: St. James United Methodist Church or any Masonic Organization.
