Gary L. Hinman
August 10, 1945 – September 26, 2021
Age 76
Gary grew up in Crofton, NE, and graduated from Crofton High School. He served 2 years in the US Army during the Vietnam era. He was self-employed as a sign painter and painted some historic signs in Omaha’s Old Market that remain today.
Preceded in death by parents Kenneth and Delores Hinman.
Survived by son Randal Hinman and wife Jenna; stepchildren Tricia Jenkins, Traci Jenkins, and John Jenkins; grandchildren Brittany Miller (Ben), Jacob Hinman, Jordan Hinman, Brandon Hinman, and Tyler Evans; great-grandchildren Eisley, Delaney, Zooey, Gavin, and Jaxson; brothers Larry Hinman, Kenneth Hinman (Kathy), Dennis Hinman (Ladonna), and Lonnie Hinman (Nanci); many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Wednesday, September 29, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
Funeral Service: Thursday, September 30, 12:30 p.m., at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
