Survived by wife Carole; children, Scott Jurgens, Stephanie Garwood (Matt), Christine L. Jurgens, Catherine Jurgens; mother, Gladys Jurgens; grandchildren, Ross (Tatum) and Elyssa Jurgens, Kurt, Grant and Cole Garwood; brothers, Kendall Jurgens, Rodney Jurgens (Rita); sisters-in-law, Mary Jurgens and Sonya Woolery. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 1pm, Saturday, November 5 at Bellevue Memorial Chapel. Memorials to be directed by the family.
