Preceded in death by her parents Virgil and Serelda; husbands Virgil Duncan and Edward Brewer; son Edward Brewer; daughter Debra McPhaull.
Survived by daughters Kim Cleaver (Randy), Amanda Kruckman (Charles), Renee Smith (Casey); grandchildren Dillon Kruckman SSgt USAF (Amanda Brightwiser), Branden, and Andrew Kruckman; great-granddaughter Jordynn Kruckman; great-grandson Jaymson Kruckman; sister-in-law Linda Clem; special cousin Sandy Engle; as well as, special family friends Paula and Josh Fandry, Ed Rodgers and Larry Smith.
Visitation 5:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24th at Bellevue Memorial Chapel
Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 25th at Bellevue Memorial Chapel

Jim and I are so sorry about Grandma Elsie’s passing. She was such a sweet lady and everyone will miss her and miss her smile.
To my dear friends- my prayers for peace and comfort during this difficult time are with you. Elsie will always be special to me and I will never forget her southern hospitality welcoming me into her home growing up. She is a dear, sweet lady who will be missed greatly.
