Jim and I met Dr. Frank in 1979 when we got stationed at Offutt AFB! We became friends and he became our dentist until he retired! Our daughters wouldn’t go to any other dentist! Our granddaughter also shared her love of cameras with him! He was a wonderful and caring man, and will be missed by our family dearly. Rest in Peace, Frank! You have earned your plan in Heaven!

My thoughts and prayers are with the Semin family during this time of loss.
I went to Doc. When I was about 8 years old. My husband and daughter were patients until he retired. That I thought was the saddest day. Now I will miss seeing him at the Downtown Cafe on Fridays. My prayers are for those left behind. I will truly miss him and his greetings. Greatest dentist EVER. Love you Doc.
