Age 56
Preceded in death by grandparents and sister Sandra Manns.
Survived by daughter Desiree Manns; three grandchildren; mother Mable Manns-Sexton (Clinton); father James Manns (Joyce); brothers Pierre Manns (Linda), James Willis Manns, Jr.; sister Erica Manns.
He was loved by many friends.
Visitation: 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 2nd followed by Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. all at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
Memorials will be directed by the family.

So sorry to hear this. Donnie worked for me years ago at the Mid America Center and I was always appreciative of everything he did to help out. Please accept my condolences and may God bless.

My sincerest condolences go out to Ms. Mabel and the entire Mann family, Donnie’s relatives and to all of his many friends, among which I count myself, may we all attempt to find some level of peace with your passing.
Donnie since the early days, has always been my drummer, my time-keeper and my beat master, I’m going to truly miss you my brother Donnie, a cool being that I could truly call “My Friend & My Brother From Another Mother” and for this brother, I thank you Ms. Mabel.
Keep the beat for us now Donnie Mann and keep us all shining my brother Donnie Mann, from the first to the last, share now your love to warm us and shine your healing light upon us all, may you now rest in sweet peace my brother, until the next time we meet Amen..
Donnie was a true brother of mine! My prayers and thoughts are with the rest of the family. May everyone find peace in their hearts during these hours forward!
