Preceded in death by parents Harry Edward and Mary Ruth Eubanks; siblings Shirley Jimenez, Dee Eubanks, and Gary Eubanks.
Survived by brother Paul Eubanks and his wife Jackie; many nieces and nephews.
Committal Service: Friday, May 13, 9:00 a.m., at Omaha National Cemetery.
Military Honors: United States Army National Guard Honor Guard
