Age 60
Preceded in death by his father Darrel Vaught (Veka) and mother Rose Vaught; nephew Jamie; brother Chuck Anderson; father-in-law Steven Smith.
Survived by his wife Heidi; children Stephanie Smith (Chad Thompson), Anna Wilson (Brady), Triston Wilson (Rylee), Jolynn Marshall (Cody), Jhonothan Paczkowski; brother-in-law Michael Smith; sister-in-law Stephanie Rose (Brian); grandchildren Robert “Mont Abon” Stella, Baylor and Kensley Paczkowski; sisters Sue Larson (Randy), Marie Franich (John), Natalie Lakin Chamberlain (Kyle), Christy Ann Vaught; mother-in-law Kristi Smith; many nieces and nephews; and longtime friends.
Memorial Service: Wednesday, January 24, 10:30 a.m., Church of the Holy Spirit, 1305 Thomas Drive, Bellevue 68005.

I’m going to miss Daryl, he has such a positive impact on different projects in Alaska we worked on. He was the type of guy that you could truly trust. It sucks your gone brother. Fly high and ride that Harley in Heaven.
Daryl put me to work…..it was a difficult time for me. I would struggle at work every other day. He knew I wanted to work and stuck with me when many employers would’ve quit on me. He called me one evening saying “ I have work “ I completed the task in the early evening. The last time we saw each other was at Fred Meyer. I’ll never forget his genuine diplomacy • R.I.P. Daryl
