Danny E. Kinsley
February 19, 1947 ~ January 15, 2021
Age 73
Danny was preceded in death by his parents Harry Kinsley and Helene Kinsley-Lienemann; grandparents Harry Sr. & Elsie Kinsley, and Charles & Georgia Smith.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marilyn Kinsley; his children Aron Kinsley (Shila) and Amanda Kinsley (Paul Asher); grandson TJ Brewer; great-grandchildren Lovelynn and Lincoln Brewer; mother-in-law Helen Mosher; a sister; multiple brother- and sister-in-laws; and many special nieces, nephews and friends.
Danny was born and raised in Bellevue, Nebraska. As a child, Danny enjoyed spending time with the grandparents.ย He also enjoyed hanging out at rivers, lakes and creeks with friends.
From a young age he was always hard-working. Danny worked at Wilson Concrete and numerous other jobs until he found his calling as an electrician.
Danny proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.ย Upon his return he continued his courtship of Marilyn, and after their marriage they welcomed their two children.
Danny spent his spare time camping, fishing, boating, ATVing and enjoying the outdoors with his family and friends. Danny was very involved and present with his childrenโs sports and activities. Danny loved sharing his passion for cooking. His cooking was enjoyed by anyone in his presence and all were welcome to the table. This passion was passed down to his children.
More than anything he loved his wife Marilyn and his children Aron and Mandy.
We will all remember Danny for his compassion along with a healthy dose of sarcasm and playfulness.

So sorry to hear of Danny’s passing. I was friends with him and Marilyn for many years. He was a wonderful and fun person, a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Loved playing Canasta with him and Marilyn on winter weekends in Bellevue. Had hoped he would have been able to visit me in Hawaii and go deep sea fishing. I know he would have enjoyed it. My condolences and prayers to Marilyn and her family on their loss.
I served with Danny in Vietnam. He was a good soldier and someone you could trust to do whatever was needed. Rest in peace brother.
