Age 60

Survived by: parents Jack and Nadine Charvat; children Jamie Twitchell (Mike), Jessica Zimmerman (Mike), and Jeremiah Charvat; life partner Diane Bruce; five grandchildren; siblings John L., Jr. (Jan), Jeffrey L., and Patricia Charvat.

Reception of Friends 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 19 followed by a Celebration of Life Service at noon all at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.

Memorials will be directed by the family.

    I worked for Jerry in the mid 90’s and knew him to be a kind man that cared about his workers. RIP Jerry.
