A beautiful man loved by many. May he rest in peace. I had many a wonderful talk with Chic and enjoyed every minute of them. We would speak of all manner of things not the least were our shared love of drums, his expertise in fly fishing and our shared interest in model railroads. I wish all family and friends my heart felt condolences and love may this transition be filled with memories of love and laughter.
Sorry for your loss!
Chic is one of my favorite persons of all time. I first met him in our NAPA days, along with his wonderful son Chad, and they both made me feel so welcome as fellow manufacturer reps to NAPA. Chic had an unbelievable great sense of humor and warmth. I just happened to be thinking about him this +30 yrs later and am sad to read on his passing. He will be missed but thank you for being an influence in my life. My condolences to the Barker clan. See you again someday Chic!!
