    I’m so glad we got to spend time together when we did. I wish we had more. You were and endless wealth of knowledge. I wrote you a poem, it was meant for your program, so I’ll paste it here. He earned your respect; He progressed through the ranks, He joined and lead in every community;

    He stood as a light house of honor, respect and skill; He showed us the way.

    He remained committed to his wife in sickness and health; He raised and inspired his children; He guided and supported his grandchildren; He was a best friend to his sister;

    He knew the love of the lord and he radiated Christian beliefs in his every action.

    He is gone now, but Charles will never be forgotten.

    There are no words that adequately express my deep feeling.of loss at the death of my precious brother.. I am consoled and comforted by our deep and abiding love and respect for each other. We shared the painful loss of our parents and our precious brother and the ups and downs of our children. As much as we could., though physically distanted, we shared our lives. A part of my heart is missing but I will forever
    .miss and love my big brother. Ohis, I love you. This is not goodbye.
