Preceded in death by husband William H Rezac; son Donald;  parents John and Frances Kadavy; siblings William, John, Magdeline Kadavy, and Gladys Straight; son-in-law Jim Johnson.

Survived by children Jane Stastny, Dean (Candy) Rezac, Allen J. Rezac; grandchildren Jason (Maureen) Rezac, Angela, Ronald and Theresa Stastny, great-granchildren Joseph  (Suzy) Landolt and Patrick (Cecelia) Landolt, Adeline Jane Rezac; great-great-grandsons Kameron and Patrick Landolt Jr. many cousins, nieces and nephews, and sisters-in-law.

Visitation 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 17, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2302 Crawford St. Bellevue, NE followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.
