Survived by wife Sabrina; sons Josh (Ava) and Justin (Maggie); grandchildren Alivia, Emarie, Jaxson, Isla; mother Janice Conley; brothers Troy & Michael Conley; many foster children and extended family including mother-in-law Shirley Hunter, aunt Joan Scholl and many cousins.
Visitation following CDC guidelines Tuesday, December 22, 11:00 a.m.- noon (CST) followed by
A Celebration of Bill’s life following CDC guidelines at noon (CST), both at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
Casual attire requested.

The visitation date has changed. It will now be held the 22nd of December from 1100-1200 with an hour service from 1200-100pm.
The time will be changed from the 28th for the service. We will update everyone as soon as we can. Thank you
Sabrina, Josh & Justin. I am so sorry for your loss. Bill always made us laugh. RIP Bill
