Caldwell, “Tony” Anthony SMSgt USAF (Ret.) August 26, 1932 – July 3, 2014 Bellevue, NE. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Barbara “B.J.” Anthony; children, Monte A.(Michelle) Anthony; Andree M. (Shawn) Anthony, all of Omaha, Carmen R. (Phillip) Bates, El Mirage, AZ; Vaughn X. (Jackie) Anthony, Coppell; TX; siblings, Vernon L. (Josephine) Merriwether, Allie B. Merriwether, Yvonne (Robert) Thacker, Yvette Merriwether, Bracky D. Merriwether, Florence Etefia; Jenny Ingram, 4 granddaughters, Alesha J., Ashley N., Paige C. and Courtney M. and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Esau Anthony and Homer and Mattie Merriwether; sister Beatrice Malone and brother, Freddie Lee Anthony. SERVICES: Friday, July 11; VISITATION 10am and HOME GOING SERVICE 11am at the Bellevue Memorial Chapel. Interment: Bellevue Cemetery. Military Honors provided by American Legion Post 331. Memorials to the American Cancer Society.

    Served under Tony at Offutt; fell in love with the Nebraska Cornhuskers when he took me to see a game in which his son Monte Anthony was a running back at Lincoln; think it was Miami. Tony, a great guy, great supervisor
