Preceded in death by his daughter Carol Svacina; and 5 brothers. Survived by his wife Alice; children, Sheryl (Tim) Keefer of Bellevue, David J. (Debra) of Honey Creek, IA, and Sheila (J. Scott) Thomas of Omaha; sisters, Rita (Walt) Wenzl of Nebraska City, NE, Delores (Bob) Ryan of Bellevue, Esther (Edward) Barton of Sacramento, CA, and Irene (Bob)Peterson of Davenport, IA; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many other loving relatives. VISITATION: 5-7pm on Tuesday, January 27, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Bellevue, NE with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. MASS of CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 10:30am Wednesday, January 28, at St. Mary Catholic Church of Bellevue. Interment: Oak Hill Cemetery, Plattsmouth, NE, with full Military Honors by American Legion Post #331. Memorials to St. Mary Endowment Fund.
