Survived by his wife B. June Zak; sons Donald Zak, Michael Zak (Kathy), Patrick Zak (Carla); granddaughter Kaleen Zak; brother Paul Zak (Annette); sister-in-law Anne Zak Hardin; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friday, September 16, 10:00-11:00 a.m., followed by a

Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., both at Avery Presbyterian Church, 1910 East Avery Road, Bellevue.

    I’ve known Dan for 36 years. We have worked together, went to church together, and had fun together. Dan was a fine example of a man and influenced my young mind. My prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
